Mumias Sugar Company Limited is a sugar manufacturing company in Kenya, the largest economy in the East African Community. It is the largest sugar manufacturer in Kenya, producing about 42% of the estimated 600,000 metric tons of annual national output.

Scope of Work:

We provided services in the following areas on a regular basis to keep the facilities neat and clean at all times:

Areas Covered:

Main Administration Block Area, RATS Offices, Medical Centre, Supply Chain, Training Centre, Internal Roundabout, Mumias Avenue to Shibale, Main Roundabout, Guest House, Mumias Sugar Sports Complex Stadium, Golf Course, Managerial Houses (131) Staff Villages (5), Infant School

Factory Services:

• Cleaning of Bagasse System & Boilers
• Cleaning Factory Workshop & Mill A

Administration Block:

• Cleaning Services at the main Administration Block and All offices in Mumias Sugar Company

Ground Maintenance Services:

Work Done:

• Collection of trash to designated areas
• Bush clearing/hedge cutting/trimming of overgrown hedges
• Clearing Drainages
• Lawn Mowing/Raking
• Sweeping roads
• Flower Trimming
• Collection of garbage
• Weeding flower beds/replacing plants where necessary

Since the grounds covered were expansive, we used a gyro mover and ride-on to maintain the grounds in addition to other equipment such as lawn mowers and brush cutters.
