Scope of Work:

• Thorough sweeping of Cabro floors and Pavements
• Collect leaves, stones, branches and putting them at the designated points daily
• Cutting grass to a height of 5mm once a week
• Weeding, Pruning, Lawn mowing
• Cutting and uprooting any hedges within the compounds, as required once a week and whenever necessary
• Collection of garbage at dumpsites, dustbins, trash from cut trees, grass and flowers and depositing at designated site daily
• Clearing all the garbage spillage on the way
• Complying with NEMA regulations on garbage collection and disposal, for the entire period of
• Continuously clearing the drainage channels and unblocking the system including removal of roots which accumulate in the system to allow free flow of water in all the
